Information you choose to send

Our inquiry forms ask for contact details and information needed to answer your question or plan catering and events, such as dates, guest counts, requested items, and your message. Newsletter forms ask for your email address. Please do not include payment-card details, account passwords, medical history, or other information we do not need for your request.

The food-truck form prepares a draft in your email application. You can review, change, or discard it before sending. Dietary information should be limited to food requirements we need to discuss with you.

How website requests are handled

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss availability, plan the requested service, and maintain related business records. Website form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox through Resend. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Your email provider also processes a food-truck draft or message you send from your email application.

A newsletter request is sent to our team. To ask us to stop bakery updates, contact sales@arblebaking.com. Sending a service inquiry does not require signing up for marketing.

Website measurements and browser storage

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites, and general device and location information. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from analytics page URLs, excludes private review pages, and suppresses analytics events when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Vercel describes its service as aggregated analytics without third-party tracking cookies. Hosting and security logs are separate from these measurements.

Private website-review tools use a sign-in cookie and browser preferences. Review comments and photos are intended for authorized reviewers and are stored using Neon and Vercel Blob. They are separate from public customer inquiry forms.

Retention, access, and requests

Inquiries and related records may remain in our business mailbox and service providers' systems. The appropriate retention period depends on the request, business-record needs, and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a concern. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

Our service providers process information for hosting, message delivery, storage, and website measurements. Links to maps and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe every service those third parties provide.

We will update this page when the website's collection or handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
