Feels like family

About Us

A family baking tradition since 1975, carried forward through Arble Baking Company, founded in Jacksonville in 2020.

The legacy behind the bakery

Our Story

The Arble Baking Company was founded in 2020 as a legacy project for two brothers and two sisters, all determined to honor their parents’ hard work and dedication to their children and their community.

Our family's home-baking tradition has continued to thrive and bless our family for generations. Today, we are excited to carry that legacy forward by growing Arble into a commercial retail bakery and regional supplier of fresh, scratch-baked goods for cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, and our Jacksonville community.

We look forward to continuing to share the goodness and love that come with cookies and cupcakes created from generations of family recipes passed down for us all to enjoy.

More than anything, we want Arble to be a place in our community that feels welcoming to everyone. A place for a good laugh, a much-needed hug, and maybe a red velvet cupcake to go along with it.

As we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our business practices and policies, we also look forward to supporting women- and minority-owned businesses in our community through collaboration and the sourcing of goods and services.

We thank you, now and always, for your support and patronage. Please enjoy, and never hesitate to let us know how we can enhance your experience with, and taste for, The Arble Baking Company.

Sincerely,

Lamar, Jamaal, Monica & Whitney

Jacksonville is home

Our Community Is Our Mission

At The Arble Baking Company, we make our community our mission.

We strive to be fully integrated into the Jacksonville community and create lasting impact through local team-member recruitment, partnerships with area schools and businesses, the development of local franchise owners, and support for nonprofit organizations focused on entrepreneurial empowerment and urban economic development.

We also look for opportunities to support organizations that provide mentorship, resources, and other services to local at-risk youth.

For us, being a family-owned business means more than serving our community. It means growing alongside it.
